Ledbury stands behind the quality of our craftsmanship and offers free returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed garments within 60 days of purchase. We want to ensure every shirt fits you perfectly, providing a seamless process to find your ideal size or style.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the request process to ensure your return shipping is covered.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags are attached, and affix the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized UPS drop-off location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
